At ATI Global Solutions, LLC (doing business as “Mental Vision 100”), we are committed to providing high-quality digital courses, coaching, and training programs. To give our students peace of mind, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all eligible purchases.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. Refund requests made after 30 days will not be honored, and all sales will be considered final.

Because our programs consist of digital content that can be accessed, saved, recorded, and shared, additional steps are required to protect our intellectual property and ensure refund requests are made in good faith.

To qualify for a refund, customers must complete the following steps:

A. Completion Requirement

You must complete the entire course before a refund will be issued.
This ensures that requests are genuine and not made simply to gain free access to training materials without intent to use or apply them.
Completion is verified through:

  • Course progress records within our system, and/or

  • Documentation provided by the customer, such as screenshots or progress reports.

Why we require this:
This step prevents individuals from signing up solely to screen record, download, or share content with others who have not paid for access.

B. Refund Request Form

All refund requests must be submitted through our official Refund Request Form, which collects the following:

  • Account details and purchase information.

  • Proof of course completion.

  • A signed acknowledgment that the customer has not shared, copied, or redistributed any course materials.

Refund requests made through email, social media, or any other channel will not be accepted.
The form creates a verified record for both our company and the customer.

C. Deadline for Course Completion

Course completion must occur within the 14-day refund window.
Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The course is not completed within this timeframe, or

  • The refund request is submitted after 14 days from the original purchase date.

D. Logging & Monitoring Notice

To protect the integrity of our digital content:

  • All course activity is monitored and logged, including login dates, completion timestamps, and access behavior.

  • Evidence of unauthorized sharing, screen recording, or distribution of course materials will result in:​

    • Forfeiture of any refund eligibility.

    • Potential legal action for damages and violations of our Terms of Service.

E. Summary of Refund Process

To receive a refund:

  1. Complete the full course within 14 days of purchase.

  2. Submit the Refund Request Form with proof of completion.

  3. Await internal review by our support team (processing takes 5–7 business days).

  4. If approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.

  5. If denied, you will receive a written explanation outlining the reason for denial.

2. No Trial Periods

Due to the digital nature of our services and the fact that materials can be accessed, saved, or copied once delivered, we do not offer trial periods, sample access, or partial refunds.

3. Enrollment & Payment Responsibility

By enrolling in our programs or purchasing services, you acknowledge responsibility for full payment. Failure to participate, complete modules, or use the training provided does not qualify you for a refund after the 14-day guarantee period has expired.

4. Removal for Misuse

If you are found violating our Terms of Service — including but not limited to sharing login credentials, reselling materials, or misusing our content — your access may be revoked immediately. In such cases:

  • Your enrollment will be terminated.

  • No refunds will be issued.

5. Payment Disputes

Any attempt to dispute or reverse a legitimate payment (chargebacks, payment disputes, etc.) after the 14-day guarantee period will be considered a violation of this policy and may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of access.

  • Legal action to recover funds, fees, and damages.

6. In-App Purchases

The Mental Vision 100 mobile app does not process payments or handle refunds. All purchases related to our programs are handled securely through authorized third-party platforms outside of the app. Apple and Google are not responsible for payment processing, refunds, or billing.

7. Buy Now, Pay Later Purchases

Important information for customers who select Afterpay or Sezzle at checkout.

When you choose a Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) service to complete your purchase, the following terms apply in addition to our general Refund & Cancellation Policy. Each provider has its own procedures for refunds, disputes, and payment management.

A. Refunds

All refunds for BNPL purchases start with Mental Vision 100:

  1. Refund requests must be submitted in accordance with our 14-day refund window.

  2. Once we approve a refund, we notify the BNPL provider (Afterpay or Sezzle).

  3. The BNPL provider will then:

    • Cancel any remaining payments on your installment plan, and

    • Refund any amounts already paid back to your original payment method, minus any outstanding balance.

Important:
Refund timing depends on the BNPL provider’s internal processing, which is separate from our business.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on the provider and your bank.

  • We handle program-related concerns, such as refunds, access, and customer service.

  • The BNPL provider handles payment schedules, failed payments, or installment plan questions.

C. Non-Refundable Services

  • All BNPL purchases are subject to our 14-day refund window.

  • No refunds will be issued for requests made after 14 days from the original purchase date.

  • If course access has been shared, recorded, or distributed in violation of our Terms of Service, the refund request will be denied.

D. Provider-Specific Notes

1. Afterpay

  • Refunds are processed first by Mental Vision 100, then Afterpay updates your payment schedule.

  • If you’ve already made one or more installment payments, Afterpay will issue a refund for those amounts to your original payment method.

  • Afterpay will cancel future installments once the refund is processed.

2. Sezzle

  • Refunds are first processed by Mental Vision 100.

  • Once the refund is approved, Sezzle will:

    • Cancel any upcoming payments, and

    • Refund previous payments to your original payment method.

  • Any refunds are subject to Sezzle’s timelines and banking rules.

E. Timing & Processing

  • Once we approve a refund, BNPL providers typically process it within 5–10 business days.

  • The actual timeline may vary depending on:

    • Your provider,

    • Your bank, and

    • Payment schedules.

  • Mental Vision 100 has no control over how quickly a provider processes their side of the transaction.

F. Legal Notice

  • Afterpay and Sezzle are separate third-party service providers.

  • Mental Vision 100:

    • Does not control your BNPL account,

    • Cannot change or manage payment schedules, and

    • Cannot intervene in installment plan agreements.

  • For account or payment-related assistance, you must contact your BNPL provider directly.
