Welcome to Mental Vision 100, a service of ATI Global Solutions, LLC. By accessing this website, enrolling in our Academy, downloading or using our mobile application, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read carefully before using our site or app.

Mental Vision 100, operated by ATI Global Solutions, LLC, provides digital training programs, webinars, consulting, and educational resources related to credit, business funding, logistics, financial growth strategies, and community engagement through our private membership platform.

4. Payments & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our training. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.

After 14 days, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

Enrollment fees are non-transferable.
In-App Purchases:
No payments are collected through the Mental Vision 100 mobile app itself. All purchases related to the Academy or other services are processed securely through our authorized third-party platforms and not through the App Store or Google Play. Therefore, no in-app purchases are offered, and Apple/Google is not responsible for payment processing, refunds, or billing.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided by ATI Global Solutions, LLC, under its Mental Vision 100 brand, including but not limited to videos, courses, written materials, graphics, software, and logos, are the exclusive property of ATI Global Solutions, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, modify, or exploit our content in any way for commercial purposes.

Share course materials or training modules with third parties not enrolled in the program.
Violation of this section may result in legal action, permanent removal from the program, and forfeiture of all fees paid.

Apple Disclaimer: You acknowledge that this agreement is between you and ATI Global Solutions, LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app, its content, or any services provided. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to applicable warranties, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty or liability obligation whatsoever with respect to the app.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to courses, community, and services at our discretion if you violate these Terms. No refunds will be issued upon termination.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
